Was I sleeping when dating paralleled happiness? Or became the pursuit of an enriched life? I have nothing against true love, for in many cases its like a cancerous tumor. You can't see it growing inside you til you're in the final stages of metastasis. But what I am against, is people making the rest of us single people seem like were deficient, defective, or socially challenged because we're not coupled. I got news for you. The Language Of Thinking

I came across a theory recently that all thinking has stemmed from Language. Even moreso, that language is the basis of thinking, and thoughts are nothing without language. But is such a statement true? What does thinking boil down to, really? think verb, thought, think·ing, adjective, noun –verb (used without object) 1. to have a conscious   mind, to some extent of reasoning, remembering experiences, making rational decisions, etc. 2. to employ one's mind rationally and objectively in evaluating or dealing with a given situation: Think carefully before you   begin. Those are the first two definitions Dictionary.com has to offer. So my blog post will be based on those two definitions, for sake of organized analysis. Modern Women? Bah!

The scene is the following. It's the early 1900s and women are upset over the ban on their voting. After all, they have great heads on their shoulders, they are apt visionaries, they are elite idealists! They should be able to vote, for they are more than just babymakers and cooks. After a whole deal of suffering, women were granted suffrage. (NO, suffrage is not the right to suffer) Fast forward to present day. Granted, some women are still dignified and working hard to represent the well-rounded, multi-dimensional female. But whom are the role models? Botox-happy plastic faces with even faker personalities, and one-trash minds. I mean really, Susan B Anthony would fall flat on her tush if she ever saw the 2010 new year's celebration where Kesha performed.  Ew. I mean we get, stockings ripped.
